Mary has been in the Antiques trade for over 10 years, with her particular specialism lying in the area of Chinese Textiles. Over these years she has amassed a number of private clients in China and the US.

 

With a keen eye for the unusual as well as a passion for decorative pieces, she subconsciously learnt the ropes from her antique loving parents. As a child she remembers being regularly (reluctantly) dragged around auctions and antiques fairs up and down the country.

Luckily, in later years, the antiques aversion waned and she now spends most weekends trawling for antiques with her lackadaisical daughters in tow. 

 

She also features on the long running and extremely popular Quest TV show 'Salvage Hunters, The Restorers' as a regular dealer.
