Lovely needlework sampler worked in 1840 by Amelia Trebble age 13. With a large house flanked with urns of flowers above a verse from the New Testament.
Good condition, some small holes and slight colour run around the verse. Underlay is visible under the sampler and is slightly smaller than the sampler ground.
